Requests received M-F before 9AM will have results returned by 1PM Eastern Time the same day. Requests received M-F after 4PM Eastern Time or on the weekend will have results returned by 1PM Eastern Time the following day.

These records contain information submitted to the state by courts in each county and other criminal justice agencies.

Court disposition records generally include the defendant's name, alias name(s), date-of-birth, physical description, county, date of crime, charge(s), disposition, and sentence. Court disposition records are updated monthly.

Felony incarceration criminal records generally include the defendant's name, date-of-birth, race, sex, case number, county, charge(s), dispostion, dispositon date, verdict and sentence. Felony incarceration records are updated quarterly.

Search also includes records of high-risk Sexual Offenders convicted or under court-ordered supervision after August 1, 1997 for sex offenses specified under Arkansas law; or a person who was required to be registered under the Habitual Child Sex Offender Registration Act, are required to register. Sexual offender records are updated monthly.
