Requests received M-F before 9AM will have results returned by 1PM Eastern Time the same day. Requests received M-F after 4PM Eastern Time or on the weekend will have results returned by 1PM Eastern Time the following day.

Corrections records: Statewide corrections records of criminal convictions and guilty pleas (mainly felonies) from all Florida counties on persons who have been sentenced to serve time or community service, or have received a suspended sentence or probation at a state facility since 1974. (Due to pending litigation, the records from this database are currently limited to those from 1974 to August 2004. Future updates are pending the outcome of current legal challenges in the state of Florida.)

This search also includes records of high-risk Sexual Offenders sentenced since July 1993, updated monthly.

Additional County Court Records Searched:

Court records of felony and misdemeanor dispositions from Alachua County, Brevard County, Charlotte County, Duval County, Palm Beach County, and Pinellas County since 1990.
Court records of felony and misdemeanor dispositions from Bay County since 1997, Broward County since 1975, Dade County since 1980 (convictions only), Hernando County since 1989, and Marion and Monroe County since 1994. All of these county court databases are updated monthly, except Pinellas County - which is updated quarterly.

Hillsborough County: Court filings on felony and misdemeanor charges since 1988. Note: Hillsborough County records are filings ONLY, not dispositions. Updated monthly.

Orange County: Court records of felony and misdemeanor dispositions from 1990 to November 2003. Updates to this supplemental Orange County database are pending the court’s decision regarding the release of criminal records in this county.
Osceola County: Court records of felony and misdemeanor dispositions from 1996 to November 2003. Updates to this supplemental Osceola County database are pending the court’s decision regarding the release of criminal records in this county.

Results vary by the source of the records, but most show at least the disposition date, county, case number, defendant name, date-of-birth, charge(s), disposition, and sentence information.
